Any questions?
If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for here, please contact us!
How big is the boat and how many people do you take?
She is 25ft and we carry a max of 6 persons.
Will there be other people apart from us onboard?
No, all of our tours are by private charter only.
How do I book?
You can feel free to contact us directly, through your hotel desk or rep or even Trip Advisor / Viator. Direct bookings and payment method may entitle you to a discount.
How is payment made and do you accept credit cards?
On booking, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit. The balance is to be paid to us directly and feel free to do so in USD or ECD cash. Our rate of exchange is $2.70ECD to $1.00USD.
Yes, we have a portable credit card machine and accept Visa/Mastercard.
Depending on the payment method, we may be able to offer you a discount.
If there's bad weather, will you cancel or if we have to cancel, do we get back our deposit?
The deposits are non-refundable. However, we try our best to accommodate you on another day. We keep our eye on the weather in advance of your trip and we will not take you out if there is any safety concern.
Where are your pick up points?
As our boat is only 25ft, we’re able to pickup from nearly any beach/resort on the west coast. Just let us know where you’re staying and we will let you know the best place to meet.
Do you accept guests from cruise ships?
Yes, we certainly do. We can even meet you in the harbor on a dock near your cruise ship. And don’t worry about getting back in time, as we’re on your schedule and will be sure to find out your “all aboard” time.
Are there any restrictions on the tours?
With all types of water activities, there’s a higher safety concern. This is a priority for us.
In order to snorkel, you will need to be able to swim, as the reef is not in standing depth. To get out of the water, you will need to climb up a ladder and this does entail being mobile enough to do so.
Snorkeling is not suggested for those who have recently had heart surgery, have asthma or breathing problems, or those who weigh over 250lbs/113kgs. Alcohol is only served AFTER snorkeling.
Do I need to bring my snorkeling gear?
We provide the masks, snorkels, fins and buoyancy belts, but if you have your own gear, you’re welcome to bring it. All you need are towels and plenty sunscreen.
Do I have to wear a buoyancy belt to snorkel?
Yes, you do. Apart from the fact that we need you to be safe in the water, it’s part of our insurance policy. Sorry, no exceptions.
What do you serve onboard?
Our 3-hour tour offers you water, fruit juice, rum punch, finger sandwiches, freshly cut “Antigua black” pineapple and plantain chips. If you choose to stay out longer and include the lunch onboard option, then it’s a choice of bbq chicken or steamed fish with local sides, or if you prefer for us to take you to a local restaurant on the coastline, we can do that too! If you have any food allergies, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Should I tip the captain?
Tips are not mandatory and are left totally to your discretion. However, if you’ve had a great day and appreciated the captain’s service, then yes, feel free tip him. He will greatly appreciate it.
Should you have any other questions, please let us know.
